Graston Technique

The Graston technique is a noninvasive treatment method that breaks down scar tissue to increase range of motion and eliminate pain. The technique is performed in under ten minutes using a stainless-steel tool and Biofreeze. Biofreeze is a topical menthol gel that when used in combination with the stainless-steel Graston tool relieves muscular pain, while also breaking down scar tissue that is the cause of the discomfort. The Graston technique can be used to treat pain all of the body. Patients report feeling a difference even after the first use.
